DC: First off, congratulations on being named to the travelling squad for the Great Britain Students Men’s Program vs Sweden Students. How has the whole process of being involved in the student program been, from applying to trial to now?

The process has been a valuable experience to go through as a player and is a great program to be a part of. The whole process starting with application to try-out, various training camps, and finally selection for the travelling squad has shown how serious Great Britain and the governing bodies are when it comes to the improvement of American Football in the country.

The whole process has been outstanding in regards to professionalism and development of the athletes. The way in which the program is conducted shows the huge potential for the success of American football in Britain, and how the sport continues to improve in this country with the program leading the forefront.

AFL Week 3 Preview

Last week saw all three of the AFL's games called off due to weather and thus voided week two until those games get rescheduled further down the line. Barring the return of the dreaded snow we should have two games from Austria to enjoy this weekend.

The AFC Rangers were the whipping boys of the league last year, losing all the games on their schedule and only managing to put up 77 points whilst conceding at total of 567 so I think it's fair to say that they are once again going to face a uphill battle all season long.
